Standard First Aid:  This program is designed to train individuals in Standard First Aid evaluation, skills & techniques.
Course Length:  four hours
Topics Covered:  Victim Assessment, Bleeding & Wounds, Poisoning & Burns, Bone, Joint & Muscle Injury, Medical Emergency, First Aid Skills, Moving/Rescuing Victims, Cold – Heat Related Injury.

Standard CPR:  This program is designed to train individuals in Standard CPR evaluation, skills & techniques.
Course Length:  four hours
Topics Covered:  What is Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation? When to start and stop CPR, choking, victim assessment, adult rescue breathing & CPR,  hands on CPR practice.

“Standard” First Aid/CPR:   Train-the-Trainer

Objective: This program is designed to train the individual to become an instructor of the Updated,  National safety Council “Standard” First Aid/CPR Courses.
Course Length:  fourteen hours
Topics Covered: The Effective Instructor, Adult Learning Principles, Developing Lesson Plans, Presentation Skills, Practice Teaching Assignments…
Materials:   Each participant will receive the Candidate Instructor’s Resource Manual, First Aid & CPR  “Standard” Level Books.
