Supervisor's Development Course:
 A National Safety Council Certificate Series

A comprehensive 17 - module program designed to integrate safety, health & environmental training within companies that have either traditional supervisors or newer team-based leadership positions. The Supervisor's Development program focuses on the identification and assessment of hazards, incident prevention, and the participant's role in the safety, health, and environmental program at their facilities.

Day One - "Developing Supervisory  Skills" - safety management, communications ,human relations, safety training, safety inspections. ( 8 Hours )  For a more detailed course description,  click here.

Day Two - "Protecting Workers & Making the Job Safe" - accident investigation, industrial hygiene, personal protective equipment, ergonomics, machine safeguarding.

Day Three - "Making the Job Safe" (conclusion) - materials handling & storage, electrical safety, fire safety, tool safety, hazard communication, environmental management.
